Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions

  1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

  2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded with KOMBINAT II.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the items in your shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive confirmation by email.

A binding contract can also be concluded as follows:

    • If you have chosen PayPal as the payment method, the contract is concluded at the time you confirm the payment instruction to PayPal.
    • If you have chosen Sofortüberweisung (immediate transfer) as the payment method, the contract is concluded at the time you confirm the payment instruction to SOFORT AG.
  3. Shipping Costs

In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs will be added. You can find more information about the amount of shipping costs in the offers.

  4. Payment

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

    • Advance Payment: If you choose advance payment, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation, and we will deliver the goods after receiving the payment.
    • PayPal: You pay the invoice amount through the online provider PayPal. You must generally be registered there or register first, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction to us (unless you are using guest access). Further information is available during the ordering process.
    • Sofortüberweisung (Immediate Transfer): We also offer Sofortüberweisung as a payment method. With this method, we receive the transfer credit immediately, which speeds up the entire ordering process. You only need your account number, bank code, PIN, and TAN. Sofortüberweisung carries out the transfer automatically and in real-time from your online bank account. The purchase amount is transferred immediately and directly to the merchant's bank account. When choosing the Sofortüberweisung payment method, a pre-filled form opens at the end of the ordering process. This form already contains our bank details. In addition, the transfer amount and the purpose of use are displayed in the form. Now select the country where you have your online banking account and enter the bank code. Then enter the same data as when registering for online banking (account number and PIN). Confirm your order by entering the TAN. The transaction is confirmed immediately afterward. Any Internet user can use Sofortüberweisung as a payment method if they have an activated online banking account with PIN/TAN authentication. Please note that Sofortüberweisung is not yet available at some banks.

Further payment methods can be found under the "Zahlungsarten" menu.

  5. Self-Pickup

We only deliver by shipping. Self-pickup of the goods is not possible.

  6. Packstation

We do not deliver to Packstations.

  7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment is made.

  8. Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such faults as soon as possible to the delivery company and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us will not affect your statutory rights or their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

  9. Warranty and Guarantees

The statutory warranty rights apply. Information on any additional guarantees and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

  10. Storage of Contract Text

We do not save the contract text.

  1. Contract Language

The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.

  1. Limitation of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is limited to end consumers (B2C).
